Read over some of our most frequently asked questions regarding registration for our annual meeting.
You'll have access to plenary and educational sessions, Job Fair, select meals and coffee breaks, networking
events, and the Expo Hall.
Pre-conferences have additional fees, so be sure to add them to your total when registering.
You must login to our membership portal and be an active member (not suspended or expired) before registering to have your discount applied at checkout.

Online registrations receive immediate confirmation.
Mailed registrations will be sent a confirmation within 10 days of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days, please call the AAP’s office at +1 (410) 654-1000.
All information must be accurately provided. Any registrations with information left blank will not be processed.
We require cancellation and refund requests with ample notice.
AAP will honor refund requests for any reason as long as they are submitted in writing before January 2, 2027. A processing fee of $75.00 will be applied. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.
Please send all refund requests to meetings@physiatry.org by January 2, 2027.
By registering for our annual meeting, you give permission to the AAP to use all photos and videos with your likeness taken during educational sessions, networking events, and other conference activities.
