Description
The Virtual Intro to PM&R is the Association of Academic Physiatrist's course about the unique specialty that is Physiatry especially for medical students. Presentations will be led by faculty from PM&R departments around the country and will cover topics like
- Sports Medicine
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Brain Injury/Stroke
- Rehabilitation Research
- Disabilities & Physician Bias
- Cancer Rehabilitation
- Pediatric Rehabilitation
- PM&R Career/Training Panel
The Virtual Intro is open to all current medical students, MS1 - MS4, from US and International schools.
There is no fee to participate in the program.
