Dr. Roy Hamilton is an Associate Professor in the departments of Neurology and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pennsylvania, where he directs the Laboratory for Cognition and Neural Stimulation (LCNS) as well as the Penn Brain Science, Translation, Innovation, and Modulation (brainSTIM) Center.
