Recording any presentation or session (oral or poster) by any means, (photographing, audio taping, and videotaping) is prohibited except by an AAP authorized agent for official purposes or by first authors who want to photograph their own poster presentations.

Cell phone use in sessions is prohibited.  Please turn off cell phones and pagers prior to entering a session room.  If you must leave the session early to take or make a call, please use the rear entrance and exit quietly.

The recording of sessions and workshops by attendees with disabilities is considered to be a reasonable accommodation.  A session presenter makes oral presentations in various formats and for attendees who find it difficult to hand write notes or make notations in a personal laptop computer, recording of oral or visual presentations is an allowable reasonable alternative.

When you register for an AAP Annual Meeting, you consent to be photographed by official conference staff or an AAP authorized agent, to have those photographs published under a Creative Commons license and possibly used in various promotional material.
