Administrative Directors

Welcome!

There are less than 90 Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Administrative Directors nationwide. This group of individuals is tasked with addressing business issues specific to academically-based PM&R programs including health care reform, physician compensation, productivity metrics, research management, career development, strategic planning and more. We know this is a daunting task. That's why we work together and learn from each other through the AAP's Administrative Directors Council and Annual Meeting programming. Join your counterparts throughout the country by becoming a member of AAP and getting involved in our council.

Every year at the AAP's Annual Meeting, the Administrative Directors Council puts together workshops and sessions designed to help you develop the right skills, resources and mindset to succeed. Here's a look at why so many PM&R Admin Directors came to the AAP to learn and network with chairs and colleagues from across the country at the 2019 Annual Meeting. Save the date and join us next year, March 4-9, 2020 in Orlando, FL!
