Residents, Fellows & Medical Students

AAP offers a variety of opportunities and resources designed specifically for in-training physiatrists. Resident, Fellow and Medical Student members of the AAP have access to an active Residents / Fellows Council (RFC) dedicated to promoting the participation of PM&R resident physicians in education, research and the practice of PM&R within the academic arena The RFC encourages and strengthens leadership skills among the resident physicians who are the future of the specialty of PM&R.

The American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is the official journal of the AAP. AAP members are encouraged to take advantage of their subscription to AJPM&R and to contribute to the success of the Journal by submitting their research for publication in AJPM&R. AAP offers publishes a quarterly newsletter, monthly e-brief, and maintains a ‘latest news’ media center.
