PPSV released an analysis of an important settlement that impacts key rehabilitation services available to all Medicare beneficiaries in several post-acute care settings. Peter W. Thomas notes that this is an important case with significant ramifications.

The NIH Blue Ribbon Panel on Rehabilitation [www.nichd.nih.gov/news/releases/090111-blue-ribbon-panel.cfm] made its final report to the NICHD at the recent Advisory Council.  You can see a video cast of that presentation at: http://videocast.nih.gov/summary.asp?Live=11333. The presentation begins at the 1:56 mark and lasts one hour.
