Log in to access the Administrative Directors Council Private Community Qualifications: The AAP Administrative Directors Council is a group of PM&R faculty members in the Admin Director or Business Manager positions who work closely with the Chair and help oversee many of the business functions of an academic program, i.e. budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, productivity measurements, quality
improvement, and many of the HR components (recruitment, advertisement).
All AAP members that meet the qualifications are automatically members of the council.
Mission: The mission of the Administrative Directors Council is to advance academic physiatry through addressing business issues
specific to academically based PM&R programs, including healthcare
reform, physician compensation, productivity metrics, research
management, career development, strategic planning, international rehab
development, quality improvement initiatives, marketing and
