Presentation Information
Include at least 3 sentences explaining the learning needs/professional practice gaps addressed by this session. This description should be creative & reflective of learner outcomes and session objectives. How does this presentation address professional practice gaps? Include a description of how you translate identified professional practice gaps into educational needs. Be sure to provide documentation of the gaps (i.e. data from ABPM&R, IOM, ACGME, etc.)
State the presentation instructional objectives (what the presenter intends to accomplish in this session, what the audience should know or be able to do as a result of the presentation).

Include your target audience and consider the educational format, content and value.
