The 2017 AAP Annual Meeting is moving to Las Vegas - The Entertainment Capital of the World!
AAP 2017 was originally planned to be in San Juan, Puerto Rico, however due to the elevated health risks associated with the Zika virus, AAP has made the difficult decision to relocate the meeting.
"AAP is our academic family, and our decision was entirely focused on ensuring the health and safety of all our members," said Gerard Francisco, AAP President. "We are looking forward to bringing our community together in Las Vegas where we will celebrate academic physiatry and AAP's 50th Anniversary in style!"
AAP apologizes for any inconvenience the relocation has caused, however the health and safety of AAP and all Annual Meeting participants is the number-one concern.
