The following information regarding OSERS Notices were published in the Federal Register during the week of March 4-8, 2013.

National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR):

The following Notice of Proposed Priority--National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research--Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Research and Capacity Building for Minority Entities was published in the Federal Register on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.

This notice proposes a priority for a Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Research and Capacity Building for Minority Entities. We take this action to focus research attention on areas of national need. We intend this priority to improve employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

DATES: Comments must be received on or before April 5, 2013.

The following Notice of Proposed Priority--National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research--Rehabilitation Research and Training Center was published in the Federal Register on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.

This notice proposes a priority for an RRTC on Promoting Healthy Aging for Individuals with Long-Term Physical Disabilities. We intend the priority to contribute to improved health and function outcomes for individuals aging with long-term physical disabilities.

DATES: Comments must be received on or before April 5, 2013.

The following Notice of Proposed Priorities--National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research--Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects and Centers Program--Rehabilitation Engineering Research Centers was published in the Federal Register on Friday, March 8, 2013.

CFDA Numbers: 84.133E-5, 84.133E-6, 84.133E-7, and 84.133E-8.

This notice proposes a priority for a Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center (RERC) on each of the following: Rehabilitation Strategies, Techniques, and Interventions (priority 1); Information and Communication Technologies (priority 2); Individual Mobility and Manipulation (priority 3); and Physical Access and Transportation (priority 4).

DATES: Comments must be received on or before April 8, 2013.

Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA):

The following Notice of Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Comment Request; Annual Vocational Rehabilitation Program/Cost Report (RSA-2) was published in the Federal Register on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 3501 et seq.), ED is proposing an extension of an existing information collection.

DATES: Comments must be received on or before April 5, 2013.
