The AAP produces several brochures to provide various types of information directly or indirectly related to the field of PM&R. Below are a few examples:
- Facility Accessibility Checklist – A document to assist in determining a facility’s level of compliance in meeting the architectural standards set out in the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Introduction to Physiatry – A small brochure describing the specialty and the three major areas of medical care
- Recommended Guidelines for Admission to Medical School of Candidates with Disabilities – Recommendations to medical schools for admitting students with disabilities
- Awards Brochure – A description of all AAP awards presented at annual meeting
- Ten Year Calendar – A schedule of all PM&R-related organizations’ activities
