The Medical Student Interest Group Guidebook
One of the main objectives for this year’s Residents/Fellows Council (RFC) is to make our specialty, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, more recognizable to medical students. We are attempting to accomplish this goal by way of a few projects, one of which is detailed here.
Last year the 2008/2009 RFC began work on an important document titled, “Medical Student Interest Group Guidebook”. Thanks to James Wyss, MD, PT, Chair of the RFC, and to Dr. Steve Yoon, Past Chair of the RFC, and Dr. Jiaxin Tran, a recent graduate of UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, for their hard work on this document.
