The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa has set up a special page specifically for the attendees of the 2011 AAP Annual Meeting. From this page, you can book your reservations at the special Annual Meeting rate at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa.
Hotel Rate: $229.00 single/double for reservations made on or before March 13, 2011.
Reservations: A block of rooms is being held for the 2011 AAPAnnual Meeting at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa.
When making your reservations by phone, please indicate that you are with the AAP to receive the Annual Meeting special rate. Rates cannot be changed for guests who do not identify their AAP affiliation at the time the reservation is made. It is the attendee's responsibility to receive a written confirmation from the hotel detailing the rate to be charged.
All rooms are subject to availability. Once the block is full, no additional rooms will be available, SO PLEASE BOOK EARLY. Room reservations can be made by calling (602) 225-0100. A NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit will be required to hold your reservation. Upon checkout, the hotel will add to each guestroom bill a $2 per day room attendant charge and $9 to cover a round-trip porterage charge.
Room amenities include: high speed internet access, 37" flat screen TV, individual climate control, hairdryer, coffee and tea maker, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, dual-line cordless/speaker telephone
