Reservations:

A block of rooms is being held for the AAP 2009 Annual Meeting at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A NONREFUNDABLE room deposit will be required to hold your reservation. Upon checkout, the hotel will charge a daily resort fee of $16 – this charge includes:

Complimentary high speed internet service, both wireless and hard lined, in all guestrooms
Unlimited access to The Broadmoor's fitness center
Daily gratuities for housekeeping personnel
Toll-free access calls and local access calls
In-room coffee and tea service
All incoming faxes
Daily newspaper

All rooms are available subject to availability. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE!! Once the block is full, no additional rooms will be available, SO BOOK EARLY!

The deadline for AAP Annual meeting room reservations is January 21, 2009. Room reservations may be made by calling the hotel at 719-577-5775. When making your reservations, indicate you are with group code AAP209 to receive the AAP special rates. Rates cannot be changed at check in or check out for guests that fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. It is attendee’s responsibility to receive a written confirmation from the hotel with rates.

Parking:

Valet parking is available to all overnight guests. The fee is $16 per night, which is charged directly to the guest's room. Valet parking is also available to guests coming in for the day to dine or shop at the Hotel. This is a complimentary day service. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.

The Broadmoor offers self-parking available in the garage only. The charge to self-park for a 24-hour period is $14 per night, with in-and-out privileges. If a guest would like to self-park for the day, the charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $8 per day (12-hour period).
