When making your reservations by phone, please refer to group code: RCIPHY or AAP to receive the Annual Meeting special rate. Rates cannot be changed for guests who do not identify their AAP affiliation at the time the reservation is made. It is the attendee's responsibility to receive a written confirmation from the hotel detailing the rate to be charged. All rooms are subject to availability. Once the block is full, no additional rooms will be available, SO PLEASE BOOK EARLY. Room reservations can be made by calling (702) 797-7777. A NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit will be required to hold your reservation.

Please note: The hotel requires a credit or debit card pre-authorization of $50.00 per night to cover incidentals (i.e., 3 nights will be pre-authorized @ $150.00).  Unused funds will be credited back upon check-out.
